All of these homes are available for purchase or, if you prefer, you can choose your lot along with the floor plan that best meets your needs.

Construction of a home in Las Joyas will take approximately 6 months. These are strong, safe, well-constructed homes, built by a company with over 15 years of experience in construction on South Padre Island. Each home will come with a Windstorm Certification and Elevation Certification.

Ø A1, A2, A3 and A4 are all 1 story floor plans.

Ø C1 & C2 are both 2 story floor plans that have the Master Bedroom on the first floor.

Ø B1 and B2 are the only floor plans that have a garage……however, a garage can be added to any of the floor plans for an additional charge of $20,000 provided that the lot size allows for one.

The homes in this community will come standard with granite counter tops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, stackable washer/dryer, and a fully sodded yard with irrigation system. Tile will be standard in the kitchen, dining, living and bathrooms with carpet in the rest of the home. Home Owners will be able to choose from 3 granite options and 3 cabinet color options.
